Ellis, I arrived at work today, the 1st thing I did was to send you this e mail, I pray this will stand out as the excellent service provided from day 1. Like I said on numerous conventions, the hospitality and warmth of the people and staff at the Windhoek Country Club, is something I've never experienced anywhere else. I must admit, being a paraplegic, I was a bit sceptical as to how this convention was going to be, but thanks to you and your staff, this has been the most pleasurable convention ever.
